The images show what appear to be high school students with one guy wearing a varsity jacket, another girl in a yellow hoodie, a punk-looking girl and another guy in a green shirt. Some thumbnails have been found which appear to reveal that the game could indeed by Resident Evil Outbreak File #3. You would think a live stream of nothing more than a teaser poster would bring up nothing… but you’d be wrong. This was already enough to get me excited, but following the tease Reddit user, u/5eye-samurai has been doing some digging around in the live stream on YouTube. Well, today Capcom has teased us even further by releasing a code-name of Project: Resistance and informing us that they’ll be revealing the game on September 9th. I know that I personally would love a remake of the original Outbreak games as there was so much potential there when they were initially released. Speculation has been rife ever since that it was going to be a remake of RE Nemesis, RE 8 an HD remaster of the original Outbreak games or even a Dino Crisis remake. The events where being held relating to a new in-development RE game!! A few weeks ago Capcom began teasing us that they’d be holding a series of fan events across Japan and America next month. When as a matter of fact, there is nothing on the top of this shelf.A new Resident Evil game is coming and reports seem to indicate that it could be the third installment of the Outbreak spin-off which has been the dream of hardcore RE fans for years. For example, one shelf on the End of the road scenario tells the player that an item of importance is on top of the final row. The American version also features various cases of mistranslation. The Japanese release, however, features full voices, with the European featuring only voices and no text. If a player attempts to tell someone they were poisoned, the chances of that player getting the message were low if he or she is in the middle of combat. If context ad-libbing is attempted, no sounds are made, affecting gameplay. Now, only when a character uses the analog stick or makes a request do they make a noise. In the American version of the game, the "ad-libs" from the first game have been removed.
